Brazil

In Brazil, the first TAPDA occurred in São Paulo in 2017 with eight participants.

This was the first programme within the international scheme to target unemployed people – and five of them went on to obtain employment soon afterwards.

The program was designed by Sérgio Caballero, who also acted as facilitator, and Jeffersonn Moraes, who acted as an evaluator of the reports of the participants.

“I’m thrilled by the way TAPDA has taken place in Brazil and for its rewarding purpose.  I was lucky to be able to attend the awards ceremony and hear directly about how the AT contributed to the well-being of the participants.  It was very good to verify the impact of this social action of TA.  I congratulate Sergio and Jeff for their efforts and look forward to the next.” said Julie.
